Yuhan USA Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to join our team as the Business Development Manager. The individual will deliver on key projects and initiatives that are critical to our business, including exploring new business opportunities and due diligence on novel assets for in-licensing aligning with Yuhan’s focused therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities:
• Perform initial review and assessment report of external programs for in-licensing.
• Explore in-licensing opportunities through conferences, seminars, partnering meetings, and industry events.
• Build relationships with potential business partners, outside counsel, and other key external parties.
• Act as a liaison between external partners and internal R&D team; facilitate meetings regarding product development, R&D collaboration, and other issues.
Basic Qualifications (required):
• MS in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, or related discipline
• Deep understanding of the research, drug development process, and commercialization activities, especially in the field of oncology
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA, Ph.D., or other advanced degrees
• Prior experience in business development and/or biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience, especially in the field of oncology
• Fluent in Korean
