We are seeking a Head of Biology who will join our growing scientific team and oversee the Biology group in Cambridge, MA and advance our discovery and pre-clinical candidates toward clinical testing. The successful applicant will have a strong scientific background and have experience in a project leadership role in advancing discovery and preclinical programs toward IND filing.  He or she will partner with antibody discovery and chemistry groups to develop novel precision targeted degradation molecules and platforms for oncology and immuno-oncology.
