2025-2026 Dinner & Learn Series
IP & FDA Regulatory Strategy in the AI Era
We are pleased to invite you to the March event in the KASBP Boston 2025–26 Dinner & Learn Series, taking place on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
"IP & FDA Regulatory Strategy in the AI Era”
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming biotechnology and pharmaceutical innovation from accelerating drug discovery to streamlining the clinical trial process. This seminar will explore two legal issues where AI intersects with biotech.
First, we will cover intellectual property (IP) and patent strategy for the unique challenges posed by protecting inventions stemming from the use of AI models in biotech and pharmaceuticals, including the use of clinical data, patent subject matter eligibility, and aligning patent filings with the regulatory approval process. Second, we will delve into IP transactions and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory considerations when it comes to AI and pharmaceutical innovations.
Special thanks to Foley & Lardner LLP for their generous support in making this event possible!
Please register in advance, as walk-in registration is limited.
